IPX5 IPX6防水測試 Spray Hose Nozzle Tester#技術(shù)規(guī)格

手持防噴水試驗(yàn)裝置是依據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)IEC60529 IPX5/6、GB4208 IPX5/6等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的相關(guān)條款要求制作，用于對檢驗(yàn)具有防淋雨功能的器具或電器的防水性能進(jìn)行測試。噴頭采用不銹鋼精密燒焊制成，適用于可能受到各種沖水或猛烈海浪影響的產(chǎn)品。

功能參數(shù)：

1、 適用于進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品的IPX5、IPX6測試。

2、 孔徑：ф6.3mm（IPX5）、ф12.5mm（IPX6）。

3、 IPX5、IPX6噴嘴螺紋聯(lián)接、快速更換。

4、 不銹鋼材質(zhì)。

5、 水流量：12.5±0.625L/min(IPX5)、100±5L/min(IPX6)

6、壓力表:0~0.25MPa

7、 試驗(yàn)時間：不小于1min/m2(但不小于3分鐘)、用戶設(shè)定時間（控制系統(tǒng)控制）。

8、 噴嘴距外殼距離：2.5-3m(試驗(yàn)人員控制)

9、IPX5:需提供水流速率為大于12.5L/min±5%，IPX6需提供水流速率為大于100L/min±5%干凈、無雜質(zhì)的清水
